Vishal Ajitbhai Mehta, our Individual Promoter, is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company as a director since October 01, 2024. He holds a master’s degree in science in management of technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in engineering (operations research and industrial engineering) from Cornell University. He has received the B.H. Jajoo- AMA IT Entrepreneur (2015) award in 2017. He is responsible for general conduct and management of the whole of business and affairs of the Company. He has over 28 years of experience in serving on the boards of companies and in leadership roles. |
